Mikel Zamora, PA-C

Mikel Zamora joined Austin Gastroenterology in September 2004 and works under the supervision of Dr. Craig Lubin.  She is a 1999 graduate of the University of Mary-Hardin Baylor where she earned a bachelor’s degree in biology.

Mikel earned a Master of Physician Assistant Studies at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston in 2003. She is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and licensed by the Texas State Board of Physician Assistant Examiners.

Prior to joining Austin Gastroenterology, Mikel worked at a gastroenterology clinic in San Antonio and has a special interest in inflammatory bowel disease. She has lived in Texas since 1995 and in Austin since 2004.
